Reservation
RESERVATIONS
Monthly rentals are preferred, but a minimum of two weeks can be arranged. Our stated rates do not include the 12% Florida state(6%) and Tourist tax(6%). A $75 cleaning fee is also not included in the standard rates.
The rates above are for double occupancy. There is a $5 fee for each additional adult.
DEPOSITS
A 30% deposit on the total payment is due with confirmation of the initial reservation. The balance is then due 60-days prior to arrival.
CANCELLATION POLICY
For two week rentals; cancellations 60 days prior to arrival will result in a $60 cancellation fee. All of the monies minus the cancellation fee will be returned. Cancellations after 60 days of anticipated arrival will result in forfeit of 50% of all monies paid.
For monthly rentals; cancellations 60 days prior to arrival will result in a $300 cancellation fee. All other monies minus this cancellation fee will be returned. Cancellations after 60 days of anticipated arrival result in forfeiture of 50% of all monies paid.
