THE RULES OF LA RIVIERA
It’s true: Nobody likes rules, especially while on vacation. But to help keep La Riviera livable for you and future guests, we have a few we ask you to follow.
Reservations & Check-In/Out
Monthly rentals are preferred, but minimum rental is two weeks. Our stated rates do not include a 6% State of Florida tax, a 6% Tourist tax,
nor a $75 cleaning fee. The rates above are for double occupancy. Each additional adult will incur a $5 fee.
A 30% deposit on the total payment is due with confirmation of the initial reservation. The balance is then due 60 days prior to arrival.
For two week rentals: Cancellation 60 days prior to arrival will result in a $60 cancellation fee. All of the monies, minus the
cancellation fee, will be refunded. Cancellations after 60 days of anticipated arrival will result in forfeit of 50% of all monies paid. For monthly
rentals: Cancellation 60 days prior to arrival will result in a $300 cancellation fee. All other monies, minus the cancellation fee, will be refunded.
Cancellations after 60 days of anticipated arrival will result in forfeiture of 50% of all monies paid.
Check-in time is at 3:00 PM. An earlier check-in can be arranged if the condominium is vacant the night before your arrival. Please request an early check-in at least three (3) days in advance if you think you will need it.
Check-out time is at 10:00 AM. If we are not expecting any guess on the same day as your departure, a later check-out can be arranged. Please request a late check-out at least one (1) day in advance.
An electric lock is used for access to your vacation home. Your unique key code will be emailed to you, along with another booking confirmation, closer to your arrival date.
If you have any special requests prior to your arrival, please let us know in advance. We can shop for groceries and stack the refrigerator for you, have dinner prepared for a late arrival, chill some wine to the perfect temperature, and much more. Additional (but reasonable) costs do apply. We can also arrange for daily, weekly, or monthly cleaning services. Please submit your requests at least a week before your arrival, so we can prepare perfection for you!
The condominium has one (1) designated onsite parking spot (spot #2) located right in front of the front door. Guests are also allowed to park in parking spots designated “Condo Pass”.
Our condominium is equipped with high speed WiFi, Upgraded Cable service (including the Sports Package), large flat-screen SmartTVs in the living room and both bedrooms, and a soundbar in living room.
The grill and picnic area is located near the pool area.
This modern condominium is equipped to sleep up to 4 guests comfortably. The Twin beds in the second bedroom can be connected to make a super king.
You must be 25 years or older to rent our condominium.
The only smoking policy is absolutely NO smoking of any kind.
No pets are allowed inside La Riviera. You never know if the next person will be deathly allergic.
We want your stay at La Riviera to be comfortable and enjoyable. We pride ourselves on keeping our property and equipment in excellent working order. Please notify the management company or the owner (Celeen) as soon as possible if there are any problems or concerns.
Our condominium is fully furnished with bed linens, towels, kitchen amenities, bath amenities, and beach essentials. Also included is a ‘starter’ amount of dishwasher liquid, laundry pods, paper towels and toilet paper.
• Long-Term Guests: If you would like housekeeping services during your stay, please let us know in advance and we will accommodate.
